While we've always maintained strong hygiene procedures, we've now increased the routine cleaning of surfaces across our reception area and workshop, and our technicians continue to use best hygiene practices, including the use of gloves and protective seat covers, with additional sanitisation of relevant surfaces undertaken before vehicle handover to owners. Plus, our team are committed to following best practice for health, hygiene, and personal distancing.

In addition to these measures, we are further committed to providing options to our customers, including:

• Pick up and drop off services where possible
• Remote payment service via phone or online banking
• We'll meet you at your car in our carpark if you choose not to enter our reception area
